Every family has some of those days every once in a while, and of course, these fellas are no different.
Kagome is temporarily called out of the village on priestess duties, leaving Inuyasha home to watch the kids. Though Inuyasha has been a parent for almost a decade at this point and is a perfectly able father, one crying kid leads to another and things just went downhill from there.
Aaaaand I also like to imagine that shortly after this, Kagome comes home to le crazy scene here and resolves everything in like, 10 minutes (pro'lly 'cuz she wasn't at peak frustration level like the rest of them.) And Inuyasha just stands there watching like..."dang, woman, how'd you do that?!

Ah yes, and the random swirly stuff in the background is supposed to represent general chaos. Didn't come out quite how I imagined, though. XD
