I caved

Those of you who are at all familiar with my fandom history are probably not at all surprised to see this...might even have expected it (stop laughing, Mom). Probably would've done it sooner, but I was a bit hesitant because a.) after like 5 years of devotion to my Inuyasha next-gen I was a little wary of falling back down the next-gen rabbit hole, and b.) there are already some decently-established versions of these kiddos floating around in the fandom and I didn't want to try competing with that.

Buuuuuuut then I was taking a shower at 1am (long story), and between late-night thoughts and shower thoughts, I started getting IDEAS. And, of course, then it HAD to be drawn.

So here we are, ADRIENETTE KID HEADCANONS, GO.

Boom.

Oh by the way guys, they have official middle names now too

Hugo Thomas, after Marinette's father and also Thomas Astruc, creator of the show

Emma Adele, after Adrien's mother (subject to change if and when we get a canon name for her)

Louis Félix, which means "lucky", and also as an homage to the earlier version of Chat Noir (the one from here)

So I just watched Gorizilla and Adrien's mother got a canon name! It's Emilie. However, "Emma Emilie" sounds pretty redundant? Hmm. I'm gonna have to think about this.
